ABOUT THE SPA

Natural Touch is a personalized Day Spa. We specialize in customized treatments, so all sessions require advanced appointments. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.​


First-time visitors should arrive early so a Client Information Form can be filled out. All information is kept confidential and evaluated to determine how you may benefit from our range of services. Massage Therapy is always tailored to your specific wants and needs. Out of consideration for all our guests, please set all cell phones and pagers to vibrate or silent mode during your visit.

 

For our returning customers, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you may enjoy our relaxing atmosphere and prepare for your experience. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for full-service fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We find it necessary to make a change to our confirmation process.

Going forward we will require a credit or debit or gift card to confirm all appointments.

 

Natural Touch is fortunate to have top quality therapist. 

Their time is in such high demand that proper cancellation notice is necessary.  Proper notice will allow our therapist to know when they have a time slot open and can accommodate those on our wait list. 

 

Note: It is necessary for you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.   To accommodate additional guidelines for sanitation due to Covid-19 we require time between each appointment.  If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled time, you will be considered a NO SHOW, you will be charged in full for the service and you will be offered to reschedule.

 

Our cancellation policy is Firm and remains the same: 

​ A cancellation notice is required for ALL appointments, including gift certificates. 

Notification by 5pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment is required. 

If your appointment is cancelled after 5pm or day of,  you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

​

If you give no notice or NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of service.

We appreciate all our clients and feel this will enable us to accommodate everyone fairly and timely.
