Book Your Appointments Online

Natural Touch recently added the ability to book your

appointments online.

Click the book online button and it will take you to our secure site.

Once there, you will need to set up a quick account with your email and a password. You will be required to give your name and a good contact phone number.

To book an appointment you will be required to enter a valid credit/debit card number and billing address. Nothing will be

charged to your card unless you fail to cancel your appointment

by our cancellation policy time limit of 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment.

The process is similar to booking an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We find it necessary to make a change to our confirmation process.

Going forward we will require a credit or debit or gift card to confirm all appointments.

Natural Touch is fortunate to have top quality therapist.

Their time is in such high demand that proper cancellation notice is necessary. Proper notice will allow our therapist to know when they have a time slot open and can accommodate those on our wait list.

Note: It is necessary for you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To accommodate additional guidelines for sanitation due to Covid-19 we require time between each appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled time, you will be considered a NO SHOW, you will be charged and you will be offered to reschedule.

Our cancellation policy is Firm and remains the same:

A cancellation notice is required for ALL appointments, including gift certificates.

Notification by 5pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment is required.

If your appointment is cancelled after 5pm or day of, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you give no notice or NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of service.

We appreciate all our clients and feel this will enable us to accommodate everyone fairly and timely.
